Terms of Sale
These are commissioned pieces, so please understand that the figurine will be made expressly for you. As each porcelain piece is completely constructed by hand, painted to your specifications, and fired three times, there is considerable labor involved. For these reasons, it takes approximately eight weeks for a figurine to be ready. And please realize that the timing begins when I receive your completed order form accompanied by a 50% deposit. The remaining payment is due when your commissioned porcelain figurine is ready for shipment.
The prices for the figurines are posted in the detail pages that are accessible by clicking the individual images in the Gallery. The shipping and insurance charges are posted as well. These charges, as well as the sales tax, will be added to the second payment. Your commissioned piece will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the final payment.

I accept Visa and MasterCard. Please fill out the order form to specify which figurine you would like and which colors you prefer. I need your credit card and contact information in case there is a question about your order. - Check
If you prefer to pay by check, please send payment for 50% of the price as a deposit to begin work on your porcelain figurine. The balance, to include shipping/insurance and sales tax, will be due when your piece is ready to ship. I will email or fax you with an invoice for the remaining amount when your figurine is ready to ship. - Discounted Prepayment by Check
If you prefer to prepay your order in full by check we can offer you a 5% cash discount. I will start work on your porcelain piece as soon as your check clears and will notify you when your piece is ready to ship. Your final invoice will be shipped to you with your porcelain piece.
